Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated PMO Coordinator to join our team. As a PMO Coordinator, you will support the Project Management Office (PMO) in the execution of various projects and provide operational support to ensure successful project delivery. This role is ideal for fresh MBA graduates with a specialization in Project Management or a relevant field. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the PMO team in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Support project managers in creating, maintaining, and tracking project documentation and reports.
  • Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
  • Track project milestones and ensure adherence to project plans.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and potential issues.
  • Prepare status reports and ensure clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of PMO standards and processes.
Key Requirements:
  • Education: MBA in Project Management or a relevant field (Freshers are welcome).
  • Certification: PMP Certification (optional but preferred).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
    • Basic understanding of project management tools and methodologies is an advantage.
  • Location: Candidates should be based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad or Chennai.
  • Other Requirements: Ability to learn quickly, a proactive attitude, and a keen interest in project management.
