Job Responsibilities:
The HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities. The role involves coordinating recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll assistance, compliance, and maintaining effective HR & Admin records through ERP systems to ensure smooth functioning of the organization.
Maintain and update employee information through ERP HR modules.
Assist in talent acquisition activities including sourcing, scheduling interviews, and coordination with candidates.
Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
Assist in organizing training programs and maintaining related records.
Coordinate and support the performance appraisal process.
Drive and participate in employee engagement activities (internal & external).
Assist in handling employee relations, grievances, and feedback collection.
Support payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
Maintain compliance-related documents and ensure adherence to statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
Support in Full & Final settlements of employees.
Assist in CSR and branding activities initiated by the organization.
Manage vendor coordination for office supplies, housekeeping, and facility services.
Maintain and track office assets allocated to employees.
Assist in preparing and monitoring admin budgets and ensure cost optimization.
Prepare and maintain HR & Admin MIS reports and records.
Ensure smooth functioning of office operations and coordinate with internal departments for daily requirements.
Support in maintaining statutory and compliance documents for HR & Admin functions.
Required Skills:
Basic understanding of HR processes and statutory compliance.
Familiarity with ERP HR modules (SAP / Oracle / Tally or similar).
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good organizational and time management skills.
Positive attitude and ability to handle confidential information.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or equivalent.
1 to 3 years of experience in HR & Admin operations.
Experience with ERP systems will be an added advantage.
