The Human Resources Manager will lead, direct, and manage the day-to-day Human Resources, Payroll, and Administration activities for our Hyderabad office. The HR Manager will provide oversight and guidance to all HR functions — including payroll management, HR strategy, policy development, recruitment (as needed), compliance, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and general administration.

Job Responsibilities-

* Develop, revise, and execute end-to-end HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
* Create, implement, and regularly review HR policies, procedures, and handbooks in line with company objectives and statutory requirements.
* Identify and analyze gaps in HR processes, recommend and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.
* Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, government regulations, and statutory requirements (EPF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.).
* Oversee end-to-end Payroll Management including salary structure design, processing monthly payroll, statutory deductions, full-and-final settlements, and ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws.
* Maintain payroll accuracy, ensure timely disbursement of salaries, and coordinate with Finance for reconciliations and audits.
* Provide strategic HR support to leadership across all functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit, ensuring a smooth and compliant process.
* Lead employee relations initiatives, grievance handling, and conflict resolution to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
* Drive performance management, employee engagement, and well-being programs to strengthen organizational culture.
* Participate in recruitment activities as needed, ensuring hiring requirements are met effectively in collaboration with the recruitment team.
* Support manpower planning, job description preparation, and senior-level hiring as required.
* Conduct HR interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure timely onboarding and induction of new employees as needed.
* Design and coordinate training and development programs to build employee capability and improve performance.
* Annually review and update the Personnel Handbook to reflect organizational or legal changes.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, timesheets, attendance, and leave management.
* Supervise and ensure smooth functioning of administrative operations, including office management, facilities, and travel coordination.
* Supervise travel and accommodation arrangements for staff and visitors, including visas and work permits where applicable.
* Work with senior management to address employee issues pragmatically, ensuring consistency and fairness in HR-related decisions.
* Draft and issue employee-related documents such as offer letters, increment letters, confirmation letters, and exit documents.
* Mentor, train, and develop junior HR resources to ensure operational excellence across HR and admin functions.
* Generate HR and payroll reports to support decision-making and organizational planning.


Required Skills-

* Minimum 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
* Strong expertise in Payroll Management, Compensation, and Statutory Compliance.
* Ability to train, mentor, and develop junior HR resources.
* Full understanding of HR operations including policy formulation, recruitment, payroll, compliance, employee relations, and performance management.
* Sound knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and statutory compliance.
* Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with leadership teams
* MBA or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources.
* Exposure to HR automation systems / HRIS platforms.
* Experience in training and development, compensation design, and labor relations.
* Understanding of performance management and employee engagement frameworks.
