We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter with proven experience in SAP hiring who can manage the complete recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing expertise and the ability to close positions across Internal Full-Time roles & Contract roles.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding.
Handle SAP and other IT requirements, ensuring quality and timely closures.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, technical expectations, and timelines.
Work effectively within a team of recruiters and consistently achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Source candidates using multiple channels: Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CBZ, referrals, and social networking platforms.
Perform initial screening and technical validation of profiles based on job specifications.
Conduct cold calling, shortlist suitable candidates, and schedule interviews.
Coordinate the entire recruitment cycle until successful placement.
Manage multiple open requirements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Utilize advanced sourcing techniques such as Boolean search and social media recruiting.
Mandatory Requirement
✔ Proven hands-on experience in SAP hiring (SAP Functional and Technical roles such as SAP MM, SD, FICO, ABAP, etc.) ✔ Strong understanding of SAP modules and project-based hiring
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of IT recruitment experience, including SAP hiring.
Experience working in a matrixed and target-driven environment.
Strong expertise in candidate screening, validation, and evaluation (telephonic and in-person interviews).
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Familiarity with platforms like Freshteam, LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong decision-making ability and attention to detail.
Proven experience in validating resumes and assessing candidate suitability.
