We are looking for a highly experienced SAP CDP Consultant with 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Customer Data Platform (CDP) and related marketing/CRM integrations. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and optimize CDP solutions to unify customer data, enhance segmentation, and drive personalized marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP CDP implementations and data unification projects.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable CDP solutions.
- Configure and implement SAP CDP modules, including segmentation, data ingestion, identity resolution, and personalization.
- Integrate CDP with Emarsys & ERP.
- Build customer data models, audience segments, and automation workflows.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across all customer touchpoints.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide analytics-driven insights.
- Provide strategic consulting to improve customer engagement and marketing ROI.
- Train end-users and create documentation, SOPs, and best practices.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of hands-on SAP CDP experience (implementation, integration, campaign execution).
- Strong knowledge of customer data platforms, customer segmentation, personalization, and marketing automation.
- Expertise in data modeling, API integrations, ETL processes, and identity resolution.
- Experience integrating SAP CDP with Emarsys & ERP.
- Excellent stakeholder management, consulting, and problem-solving skills.
- SAP CDP certification or related marketing automation certifications.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAP Emarsys, Marketing Cloud, or other marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of SQL, data analytics, and reporting tools.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, IT, Marketing, or related field.
